Executive Team Building
Build leaders who perform when the stakes are high
You want your team to be agile, prepared, and capable of pivoting to find ways to win when times are tough. A team has to build that muscle, and prepare for those moments. That’s what we teach.Led by Sean Murphy · Retired Navy SEAL and VP of Leadership Development

Strengthen the leaders
your business depends on
See how the experience works.
The problem
Your team does not need another leadership workshop
This is where better leadership truly begins.
Most leadership training creates a temporary lift.
The team soon returns to the same habits, communication gaps, and decision-making patterns.
UHP changes the environment so those patterns become visible.
The method
All the structure of executive developmentNone of the corporate theater
A deliberate mix of instruction, facilitated discussion, team challenges, and practical application, built around the leadership demands inside your organization.
The approach
Proven principles applied to the realities of business
UHP’s programs are led by Sean Murphy, a retired Navy SEAL (DEVGRU/ST6) with 22 years of experience building high-performing teams in demanding environments.
Alongside Dr. Wesley Northey, a Captain in the Arkansas Air National Guard, Sean translates those principles into practical development for executive teams.
This is not military-style training or a corporate retreat. It is leader development built around trust, judgment, ownership, and execution.

The environment
An environment built for better leadership
On UHP’s 800-acre Arkansas campus, leaders step away from daily distractions and engage in focused instruction, team challenges, honest debriefs, and direct business application.
The environment is different by design; it gives teams the space to see how they lead and strengthen how they operate together.
